Summary
Add a SummarySeptimus Heap is pulled through a Magykal Glass (mirror) into five hundred years in the past. An alchemist, Marcellus Pye, forces him to become his apprentice. Soon after Jenna, Snorri, and Nicko fall through the Glass as well. An epic adventure follows, including an evil queen, a potion for everlasting life, and a determined alchemist. Will they be able to find a way back into their own time? Or will the four friends be stuck five hundred years in the past?

Comment
Add a CommentThis book was too confusing to finish. The first two books were okay, but this one was just confusing. The whole business with Jenna's great-great-great or so grandma is confusing, and then Septimus randomly goes back in time, to become a Physik's apprentice. Also, it doesn't clarify what a Physik is! I just couldn't understand it and ditched the whole series because it was too confusing. If you want a better book full of magic, read Harry Potter or something else.
This book is the third in the Septimus Heap series. It is a little boring, compared to the other books, but still pretty good.
is this the third book??
This book was my favorite out of the entire series.
Book 3 in the Septimus Heap series.
Amazing!!!
All-new smart, sassy characters, but with the old characters we know and love. Absolutely wonderful.
